【預購/訂購條款與細則】
下單即視為同意以下所有條款，請務必詳細閱讀。
一、 關於預購與到貨時間
- 預計到貨日期由供應商提供，僅供參考。實際到貨受物流、海關等諸多因素影響，恐有提早或延遲之可能。
- 客戶不得以「延遲到貨」為由要求取消訂單、退款或退換貨。若執意取消，訂金將不予退還。
- 若廠方宣佈缺貨或停售，本公司將第一時間通知並全額退款。
二、 瑕疵界定與退換貨說明
- 開箱請全程錄影： 若商品有誤或非人為之明顯損毀，請於三天內提供「全程不中斷開箱影片」聯繫客服。逾期或無影片紀錄者恕不受理。
- 原廠瑕疵聲明： 商品皆為全新未拆封。原廠製程中可能產生的溢膠、掉漆、微小髒污、或運輸過程導致的盒損，均不屬於退換貨範疇。完美主義者請審慎考慮後再下單。
- 螢幕色差：商品照僅供參考，顏色與規格配件以原廠實際出貨為準。
三、 七天鑑賞期說明
- 根據相關法令，預購商品，不適用七天鑑賞期。請確認可接受再行訂購。
四、 取件與物流費用
- 物流存倉費用：若因客戶逾期未領導致產生存倉費，需由客戶自行承擔。
- 貨件處置：逾期取件導致退回者，重新寄送之運費及存倉費由客戶承擔；若通知後三個月內未能支付運費並領取貨件，貨品將由本公司自行處理，且不予任何賠償或退款。
- 自出貨日起一個月內未取件，本公司有權處置該貨品而不另行通知。
- 國際運費：依商品重量與包裝尺寸計算，不接受貨到付款。下單後請務必留下正確的聯絡方式（如 WhatsApp 、Email 或 Instagram），以便本公司通知國際運費金額。
五、 免運優惠特別說明
- 若訂單滿額享免運，本公司將自動去除扭蛋殼（保留蛋紙）以縮減體積。如需保留蛋殼，請務必於下單前告知。
六、 供應商分配原則
- 若遇品牌供應商砍單或到貨數量不足，本公司將依「訂單先後順序」進行分配（原則上每人一件）。未能獲配之訂單將獲全額退款，本公司保留最終分配決定權。

【Pre-order / Ordering Terms & Conditions】
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Pre-order & Estimated Arrival
- The estimated arrival date is provided by the supplier and is for reference only. Actual delivery may be subject to early arrival or delays due to logistics, customs, or other unforeseen factors.
- Customers may not request cancellations, refunds, or exchanges based on "delivery delays." If a cancellation is insisted upon, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In the event of a supplier cancellation or discontinuation, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
2. Defect Definition & Return Policy
- Unboxing Video Required: To protect your rights, please record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video. Any claims for incorrect items or significant non-human damage must be submitted within 3 days of receipt with the video attached. Claims without video evidence or submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Manufacturer’s Disclaimer: All items are brand new and sealed. Minor manufacturing imperfections (e.g., paint chips, excess glue, small stains) or box damage during transit are considered normal and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Perfectionists should consider carefully before ordering.
- Product Appearance: Images are for reference only. The actual product's color, specifications, and accessories shall be based on the final version released by the original manufacturer.
3. Right of Withdrawal (7-Day Cooling-off Period)
- In accordance with relevant regulations, pre-order items (overseas proxy purchases/customized orders) are not applicable to the 7-day cooling-off period. Please ensure you accept this before ordering.
4. Shipping & Storage Fees
- Storage Fees: Any storage fees incurred due to late pickup by the customer shall be the customer's sole responsibility.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned due to failed pickup, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs and any incurred storage fees.
- Items unclaimed within one month of the shipping date will be disposed of at our discretion without further notice.
- International Shipping: Fees are calculated based on weight and packaging dimensions. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted. Please provide valid contact information (WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram) upon checkout so we can notify you of the shipping costs.
- Non-Payment of Shipping: If shipping fees remain unpaid and the package is not collected within three months after notification, the items will be disposed of at our discretion without compensation or refund.
5. Free Shipping Policy (Gashapon/Capsule Toys)
- For orders qualifying for free shipping, the outer plastic capsules will be removed (the insert/paper will be kept) to reduce volume. If you wish to keep the capsules, please notify us before placing your order.
6. Allocation Policy
- In case of supplier shortages or "cuts," items will be allocated based on order sequence (generally limited to one per customer). Orders that cannot be fulfilled will receive a full refund. We reserve the final right of decision regarding allocation.
